The ‘my favorite animal’ subject seems to come up a lot in memes and while I find myself usually enamored with several animals at any given time, I find Maned Wolves to be very intriguing and endearing to me. One reason might be, as much as I’ve tried, I have a severely hard time drawing them. The anatomy is always off-ish! Legs too long, not long enough, coloring looks too foxy, face too much like a coyote, etc. They really are an odd species. This drawing was done heavily relying on photographic aid hehe
